Contact the studio

Where do you ship?

Prints are made in partner workshops in Europe, the UK, North America and Australia and delivered to more than 50 countries. Shipping is free and tracked. Allow 3 to 7 working days in Europe and the UK, 4 to 9 in the US and Canada, 5 to 10 in Australia.

Are duties and taxes included?

Each print is produced as close to you as possible, so orders delivered in Europe, the UK, North America or Australia usually travel without customs. For other destinations, local duties and taxes may apply on delivery.

How are prints packed?

Canvas prints travel stretched on their frame, with corner protection, in a rigid box. Paper prints travel rolled in a strong tube.

What if my print arrives damaged?

Send us photos of the parcel and the print within 48 hours of delivery: we reprint it and send it again at no cost.

Can I return a print?

You can return an undamaged print within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your charge unless the item is faulty.

Do you paint on commission?

Yes, for homes, hotels and interior designers. Tell Angélique about your space, the colours you love and the size you have in mind.
