Refund policy

Returns

Except for orders delivered in Australia (see below), you may return an item within 14 days of delivery, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please write to us first at info@duhaut-paris.com with your order number: we will send you the return address and instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged or faulty items

Send us photos of the parcel and the item within 48 hours of delivery at info@duhaut-paris.com: it will be reprinted or replaced at no cost.

Customers in Australia

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for orders delivered in Australia. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
