Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to every order placed on duhaut-paris.com (the "Website") by a consumer (the "Customer").

1. Seller

SAPHIR LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming (United States), doing business as Duhaut Paris, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Email: info@duhaut-paris.com.

2. Products

The Website offers original paintings by Angélique Duhaut, which are unique works, and prints of these paintings on canvas or on fine art paper, made to order by partner print workshops. Photos are as faithful as possible; slight colour differences may appear depending on screens.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of the Customer's country and include the taxes due at checkout where applicable. Shipping of prints is free. Customs duties or import taxes that may apply outside the production area are paid by the Customer.

4. Orders and payment

The order is confirmed once payment is accepted, and a confirmation is sent by email. Payment is made online through secure payment solutions (bank card, PayPal, Apple Pay). SAPHIR LLC never has access to the Customer's card details.

5. Production and delivery

Prints are made on demand, then shipped with tracking. Delivery times are given in our shipping policy and are indicative. Original paintings are delivered in Mauritius by the artist, or shipped within 7 working days in a made-to-measure crate, insured.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

The Customer has 14 days from delivery to return an item, undamaged and in its original packaging, after contacting us at info@duhaut-paris.com. Return shipping is paid by the Customer, unless the item is faulty. The refund is issued within 14 days after the returned item is received. Details are in our refund policy.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for orders delivered in Australia. Australian customers keep all their rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see article 7).

7. Damaged items and guarantees

Any item damaged in transit must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery: it is reprinted or replaced at no cost. This does not affect the legal guarantees the Customer benefits from under the law of their country of residence.

For customers in Australia: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Intellectual property

The works and their reproductions remain protected by copyright. Buying an original or a print gives no right to reproduce or exploit the work.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming (United States), without depriving the Customer of the protection granted by the mandatory consumer law of their country of residence.
