The story behind the work
« VIVANT » (alive)
It is what we feel when our actions are aligned with who we are.
« Vivant » is what we feel when we love what we do.
« Vivant » is what we feel when joy does us the favour of keeping us company.
« Vivant » is what I wanted to recall through the colours of this parrotfish which, like the rest of the « Présent » collection, is meant to bring us back to the here and now, to reconnect with what truly matters to us.
Angélique Duhaut

Why choose Duhaut Paris?
Every print starts with an original painting by Angélique Duhaut, made in her studio in Mauritius. The canvas is photographed in high definition so the edition keeps each brushstroke, each colour, each detail of the painting.
